Not unlike thousands of small rural communities across America, the Twin Cities of Fulton, Kentucky, and South Fulton, Tennessee, have suffered a slow and painful economic decline. This is a story of a community who believed in themselves and their ability to make a difference. Their inspirational efforts and their continuing success through the Let’s Paint the Town! revitalization initiative are a tribute to what is best about America.
